Attention all parents interested in having their students participate in dual enrollment classes, especially juniors and sophomores: come out for an information session on Monday, April 15 at the Somerset County Technical High School at 6 pm. Representatives from Wor Wic Community College, Salisbury University, and UMES will be on hand to answer any questions. Dual enrollment classes give high school students the opportunity to earn college credits while in high school!

Eight students, two teams, competed in the Regional SeaPerch competition at the Naval Academy this morning. The teams built the Underwater ROV from scratch and was judged based on time, movability and capability.

A group of students traveled to see "Romeo and Juliet" at the Chesapeake Shakespeare Company in Baltimore. Students got to talk to several of the performers after the play. The trip was organized by Mrs. Grace Gray. Everyone had a great time!











The entire student body, complete with band accompaniment, saw Ms. Erin Walbert (8th grade social studies), our Teacher of the Year, off for her limo ride to their luncheon today. The banquet, when elementary and secondary teachers of the year are announced, is set for Friday evening at UMES. Good luck Ms. Walbert!
