Earlier this week, students in our new Mu Alpha math club tested to enter an international math contest.
The Rocket City Math League is an international math contest that is open to high school and two-year college students enrolled in algebra through precalculus and above math courses. Our Mu Alpha members and associate members will compete in three rounds of contests this spring. These students were our school-wide winners at the Discovery (all high school math), Apollo (through Algebra 2), and Gemini (through Geometry) levels. Round two will begin mid-February.
Congratulations to our first round winners.

A reminder to all students and families, the work uploaded before the students were released or the packets sent home needs to be completed for each day we are in asynchronous learning. The completed work is how students will be marked present or absent. If work isn't completed, it will be an unexcused absence.

Hazardous road conditions continue to pose safety concerns for school buses at low tide today. As a result, schools will be closed for an asynchronous virtual school day tomorrow, Thursday, January 11, 2024. Essential & 12 month staff should report to their buildings by 8:30 AM.
