Sports Day is tomorrow! Our activities start at 9 am and lasts until around 1pm. Parents/Guardians are more than welcome to join us! The school lunch that day will be pepperoni pizza. Food will be available for purchase. The school is selling two combo options: Cheeseburger, chips and a drink for $5 and Hotdogs, chips and a drink for $3. Items can also be sold individually. Pay’s Sno Cone Truck will be on site and each student will receive a free Sno Cone. Sno Cones will be for sale for $3 to the community. Cash is preferred but the square card reader is available.
Please have your child dress comfortably, casual, yet appropriate and most importantly, wear sneakers. We are hoping to see lots of Red, White and Blue themed attire. If you would like your child to bring sunscreen (SPF 15 or higher) or insect repellent, Please send in a labeled can to be reapplied. Please put a base coat on prior to school. A refillable water bottle (labeled) would also be helpful!

Our shorebirds trip is tomorrow! Students should dress appropriately for the weather. Right now it says Sunny and 80°. No food or drink allowed in stadium, cash will be accepted but teachers are not responsible for $. Students will receive a lunch at the ballpark. We will return before school ends. We hope everyone had a great memorial day weekend! We are all finished testing and are now rocking through the last few events and field trips of the year!
🏃🏻Our annual county Olympiad will take place on Wednesday. Please wish our 12 4th and 5th graders luck as they represent our school and earn medals for various track and field events.
⚾Our 1st and 2nd graders will attend the Shorebirds game on Thursday.
⚙️Our Engineering Challenge winners will represent our school at the County Challenge on Thursday! Wish those students luck!
🇺🇸Our Sports Day is this Friday! Dress like it's America's Birthday and have fun playing different games! Food will be available for purchase.
The following week: Third Grade has a field trip Monday and Tuesday (June 1st and 2nd). Our PTO meeting is June 4th at 5:30pm. Pre-K/K will be going to Beach Bounders June 5th!

Sports Day has been rescheduled to Friday, May 29th due to the weather. We will still have the bookfair all this week and open all day Friday. Tomorrow morning the bookfair will be closed, so students in grades 1st-5th can get ready for their field trip to the OC Convention Center to see "All the Way Live!". If you are a chaperone for the field trip we will be meeting tomorrow at WiHi Auditorium at 9:45 a.m, the show starts at 10. The show lasts about 2 hours. After the show, you may sign your child out with your child’s teacher or meet us at the Ben’s Red Swings to eat lunch at the park. We are planning to eat lunch at the park around 12:30.
